Led by clinical psychologist, Dr. Moire Stevenson

Join us for a psychoeducational ecotherapy hike designed for anyone who struggles to focus — and who wants to head into the new season with a clearer mind.

September has a way of arriving all at once. New schedules, new deadlines, a to-do list that regenerates faster than you can clear it. If your brain feels like a browser with a thousand tabs open, if you reread the same paragraph four times and absorb none of it, if you sit down to work and never actually start — you're not lazy and you're not broken. Your attention is overloaded.

Back to Focus is a guided group therapy hike created to give your mind a reset before the season takes over. Through movement in nature, mindfulness practices, and guided reflection led by a clinical psychologist, participants learn practical tools to quiet mental noise, work with distraction instead of fighting it, and rebuild the capacity to focus on one thing at a time.

This isn't about pushing harder or hacking your productivity. It's about understanding how your attention actually works, and giving it the conditions to recover — while being held by nature and community.
