Led by clinical psychologist, Dr. Moire Stevenson

Join us for a psychoeducational ecotherapy hike designed to help people understand and work through anxiety, using our connection to nature as a central part of the healing process.

In a world that moves quickly and constantly demands our attention, it’s no surprise that many of us feel anxious, overwhelmed, or mentally exhausted. Whether you notice occasional anxious thoughts in your daily life or you’ve been formally diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, this experience is designed to meet you where you are.

Healing in Nature is a guided group therapy hike created to offer a supportive pause from the pace of everyday life. Through movement in nature, mindfulness practices, and guided reflection led by a clinical psychologist, participants are invited to better understand their anxiety, reconnect with their bodies, and explore new ways of feeling grounded and present.

This is not about “fixing” yourself, but about learning to navigate your inner world with more clarity, compassion, and support - while being held by nature and community.
